You probably know that Corey Rudl was killed while racing with long time friend Benjamin Keaton at the California Speedway. The 2005 Porsche Carrera GT went out of control, left the inside track, careened onto the grass, hit a barrier and caught fire at 10:40 a.m. Thursday, June 08, 2005.
Corey is the best known of all Internet marketers. His course is a bit out-dated now but for about $250 there was some good value there. Always high-paced and exhuberant, Cory was full of exciting marketing strategies.
I've heard from a good source that Corey's business is still netting over $50 million dollars a year in sales and his parents in Blaine, Washington are trying to keep the business going. (sounds like a no-brainer)
The interesting part is that Corey never paid much, if any, income tax on his earnings and now his family has been slapped with a multi-million dollar tax assessment.
This might be tough to recover from.
